Self evident means obvious, when they wrote, "We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal", they ment that its obvious that all men are to be equal. Also that certain rights can't be taken away. The government has to keep the people's rights safe. If the government doesn't protect the people's rights, the people can alter or abolish it. If the government does something wrong or abuses their power, the people will stick with it and suffer, than change and over throw the government. If the government continues to abuse their power and with no reason, then its the peoples duty to throw off that government.
You did a good job explaining the relationship between the government and the people. However, there is some misspelled words and missing apostrophe's but overall it's good.
